The 3.5 Breakfast is on May 11th . The list has been posted outside student services in the display case and outside of the main office.  Please check the list to see if you have qualified. If you have any questions, see the guidance office.

 

Attention WE group or Informed Teens members: there will be a quick 5 minute meeting today right after school in Ms. Giefer’s room. We will be giving you a quick update on the Domestic Violence Shelter Drive. If you cannot come to the meeting, please stop by Ms. Giefer’s room sometime today. Anyone interested in helping with the drive is welcome to join us!

 

Students interested in CCP must have applied online and then stopped by student services for us to send your transcript before the May 1st deadline.

 

If you would like to run for class officer or student council representative, Petitions are available now in the office & need completed &  returned on May 5.

 

Attention LEO Club we have an important meeting Friday after school.  We need to practice our skits for Central elementary, and talk about our outing for the end of the year

 

NHS juniors, if you are interested in being an officer next year, elections will be held at the meeting on May 10th.You will need to have a short speech prepared. See Nixon for details

 

 

THE PERFECT ATTENDANCE LIST FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR IS HANGING UP OUTSIDE THE MAIN OFFICE. IF YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST AND YOU FEEL YOU'VE HAD PERFECT ATTENDANCE, PLEASE STOP IN THE OFFICE BY THIS FRIDAY

 

 

The B. Davis Scholarship application is available in student services and is due by May 22nd.

 

For seniors with epilepsy and seizure disorders there is also a scholarship application available in student services.  You must submit a physician verification with this application.

 

There will be no boys volleyball until the week of May 2nd.

 

If you plan bring a non-Lex guest to the Prom…..permission forms are now available in the office. Tickets for non-Lex guests are $10, see Mrs. Bigley for tickets

If you live in Morrow county and will be going to college to pursue a degree in agriculture please stop by guidance for a scholarship application.

 

 

Anyone interested in performing, making new friends, and competing with Lexington's Band of Gold should come to the Band of Gold Color Guard clinics! Four clinics will be held leading up to auditions on May 8th. Clinics are open to any and all current 7th through 11th grade students. The first clinic and informational meeting will be held on Monday, April 24th from 3:30 to 5:30pm in the New Gym at the high school. See the posters around the school for more information or contact Miss Doles at Central Elementary with questions. Hope to see you there!

Tuesdays - Chess Club will be held in the library every Tuesday after school. Everyone is welcome to come and play.
