1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.

  3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the May regular meeting.

  4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for May 2017.

  5.  Approve temporary appropriations for Fiscal Year 2018 at the fund level set at 50% of Fiscal Year 2017 final appropriations.

6.  Recommendation to renew property, fleet and liability insurance with the Ohio School Plan for the period July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, cost $62, 161.

7.  Approve $100,00 previously advanced from 001 General Fund to 003 Permanent Improvement Fund be reclassified as a permanent transfer to the Permanent Improvement Fund.

8.  Approve a transfer from General Fund 001 to Food Service Fund 006 in the amount $35,000.

9.  Approve the following appropriation modifications for FY 17:

001 General Fund $600,000 

006 Food Service Fund $30,000

022 Tournament Fund $12,000

024 Employee Benefits Fund $155,000

21.  Approve a payment of $350 to Chris Nelson for setting up and running the sound during the performance of Grease. These funds should be taken from the Drama Club account.

23. OHSAA - Resolution to approve the Ohio High School Athletic Association membership for the 2017-2018 school year

24. Allerton-Hill Contract:  Approve the enclosed contract with Allerton Hill Consulting Services, effective July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018.
