1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.
2. Communications/Visitors: The President will recognize any visitors to the meeting and present any communications.
Personnel Items:
3. Leave of Absence - Approve a leave of absence request for Amy Parker, 4th grade Eastern, for the 2016-2017 school year.
4. Resignation: Accept the resignation of:
Kevin Taylor - High school instrumental music teacher, marching band director and instrumental music director, effective June 30, 2016
Christa Pore - Western, 1st grade, pending approval of employment in Dublin Schools, effective at the end of the 2015-2016 school year
Angela Rietschlin - Western, 3rd grade, pending approval of employment in Olentangy Schools, effective at the end of the 2015-2016 school year
5. Employment: Recommend the employment of:
Becky Young - Summer PE substitute, June 1- June 21
Jennifer Moore - High School Biology and varsity volleyball coach, one year contract, effective August 19, 2016
Joel Morrow - High School English, one year contract, effective August 19, 2016
Tina Parr - Summer tutor, beginning May 31 - August 19, 2016 for approximately 40 total hours at the tutor rate.
Danielle Basham - Summer tutor, beginning May 31 - August 19, 2016 for approximately 10 total hours at the tutor rate.

6. Employment: Recommend the employment of the following pending successful completion of all pre-employment requirements:
Paige Bishop - Substitute education aide
Christy Anthony - Bus supervisor, Western Elementary, 2016-2017 school year
Amy Tallman - Transportation, 4 hour bus driver, one year contract, effective 8/19/2016

7. Bus Duty Payment: Approve the payment of $1,244.00 to Darla Baker for serving as bus duty supervisor at the Junior High from October 13 - May 27, 2016
8. Drama Club Payments: Approve the following payments from the Drama Club fund for the musicians involved in the spring musical:
Matthew Dawson - $300.00 as pit musician
DR Haught - $200.00 as pit musician
9. Roof Bid: Recommendation to accept the bid from Worner Roofing to do the Eastern Elementary roof project.
10. Tuition Students: Approve the following tuition students for 2016-2017 school year:
Sarah Ali - New - Grade 6
Amina Ali - New - Grade 5
Zoha Ali - New - Grade 2
