The Lexington Board of Education met in special session in the boardroom at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2013.  Mr. Robert Whitney, President, called teh meeting to order.  Roll was called by the Superintendent.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

28-13 Motion by Mr. Heck, seconded by Mrs. Wilson to enter into executive session to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual unless the public employe, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing and negotiations.

29-13 Motion by Mr. Whitney, seconded by Mrs. Wilson to extend a contract to Margy Arck as Western Principal. The Board discussed condidates.
