The Lexington Board of Education met in special session in the boardroom at 7:13 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2012. Mr. Robert Whitney, President, called the meeting to order. Roll call was called by the Superintendent.

Mr. Whitney presented OSBA Briefcase & letter regarding Workers Comp MCO enrollment.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
36-12 Motion by Mr. Blackstone, seconded by Mr. Heck to enter into executive session to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of charges or complaints against a public employee, or official, or investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual unless the public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing and negotiations.

Returned to regular session: 10:46 p.m.
