LEXINGTON BOARD OF EDUCATION

Special  Meeting

January 25, 2012

The Lexington Board of Education met in special session in the boardroom at 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2012.  Mr. Robert Whitney, President, called the meeting to order. 

Roll was called by the Superintendent. 

Roll Call – Members present:  Mr. Loren Blackstone, Mr. Jeff Heck, Mr. Keith Stoner, Mrs. Karen Wilson, Mr. Robert Whitney  ------------------------------------------5                                           

SHARED SERVICES CONTRACT 14-12 Motion by Mr. Blackstone, seconded by Mr. Stoner to approve the contract for Shared  Services of the Treasurer with the Crestview Local School District.

Motion adopted.

EMPLOYMENT 15-12    Motion by Mr. Blackstone, seconded by Mr. Heck to approve the employment of Mr. Dan  Studer for the supplemental position of head varsity football coach, step 0, one (1) year  supplemental contract.
