1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.
2. Communications/Visitors: The President will recognize any visitors to the meeting and present any communications.
Recognize Ethan Remy and Dylan Catanese ~ presentation of their State Championship rings for winning the OHSAA Division 2 State Doubles Tennis Tournament in May. The Lexington Athletic Boosters will be presenting these championship rings that they purchased for them.

3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the July regular meeting.
4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for August 2024.
5. Approve invoices in the amounts of $18,928 and $6,048 to PowerSchool for the 2024-2025 District Schoology and Naviance Subscription.

11. Coaching Resignation: Approve Rob Roth’s resignation as diving coach, effective August 15, 2024.
12. Coaching Recommendations: Approve Aedan Nicol as a volunteer assistant football coach to work the Junior High football team.
13. Tuition Student: Approve Elizabeth Tate as a continuing tuition student for the 2024-2025 school, grade 4.
14. Student Representative: Approve Gracie Masi as the Student Representative to the Board of Education for the 2024-2025 school year.
15. Substitute Lists: Approve the substitute lists as provided by MOESC dated July 30, 2024 – August 16, 2024.
16. Career-Technical Education: Approve the resolution to not provide career-technical education in grades 7 and 8.
17. Knox County ESC: Approve service agreement with Knox County ESC for student placement and services, as needed, for the 2024-2025 school year.
