1.   Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.

2.   Communications/Visitors: The President will recognize any visitors to the meeting and

       present any communications.

3.   Executive Session: Motion by ____________________, seconded by ________________,

     to enter into executive session to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline,

     promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of

     charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual unless

     the public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing and

     negotiations.

       Financial Items:

4.   Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the February regular meeting.

5.   Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for February 2022.

6.    Recommend approval of “Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget

       Commission and Authorizing the necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor.”

7.   Recommend approval of continued enrollment in the Sedgwick Ohio School Workers’ Compensation

       Group Retrospective Program for calendar year 2023; annual fee $3,595 and targeted savings of $14,232.

10.   Employment: Approve the following for employment:

                        Sandy LaLiberte  -   Long-term sub at Western, effective approximately March 17, 2022 through end of the 2021-2022 school Year

                        Andrew Saris      -   Dean of Students, high school, effective August 1, 2022

11.   Retirement: Accept the retirement the following:

                        Pam Wisenbarger         -           Educational aide at Central, effective the end of 2021 – 2022 school year

                        Darlene Bohland          -           Transportation, driver, effective September 1, 2022

12.   Resignation: Accept Brenda Welsh’s resignation as Transportation Director, effective September 1, 2022.

13.   Employment: Approve the employment of the following:

                        Ashley Smith               -           Pre-school educational aide at Western, effective at the start of the 2022-2023 school year, one-year contract

                        Lindsay Musille            -           Pre-school long-term educational aide sub, effective February 28, 2002 through end of the 2021-2022 school year      

                        Susan Messmore          -           Educational aide sub, pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements, effective March 28, 2022

                        Rita Eaton                    -           Educational aide sub, pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements

                        Brenda Welsh              -           Sub bus driver beginning 2022-2023 school year

15.   Coaching Recommendations: Approve the following coaches:

16. Tuition Students: Approve the following tuition students:

                        Llewyn Sutherland       -           Kindergarten at Western (beginning 2022-2023 school year), tuition waived per Board policy following working parent

                        Karl Etzel                     -           Continuing, grade 11

17.   Resolution: Recommending for the consideration of the Board of Education the adoption of the enclosed Resolution notifying the Ohio Department of Education of our district's intent to administer the Third Grade English Language Arts and Third Grade Mathematics assessments in paper format for the 2021-2022 school year.                                                                                                                            

18. Substitute List: Recommend approval of the revised Lexington substitute list dated February 16, 2022

       and March 16, 2022 as presented by MOESC.
