1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.

3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the December regular meeting.
4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for December 2021.
5. Tax Budget: Approve the Tax Budget for FY23.

8. Resignation: Accept Nicole Morrison’s resignation as two-hour van driver in the Transportation Department, effective December 13, 2021.
9. Employment: Approve the following subs:
Heather Logan - Substitute educational aide, effective January 5, 2022
Amanda Lynch - Substitute educational aide (Eastern)
Matthew Soria - Transportation, bus driver, effective January 18, 2022, pending successful completion of pre- employment requirements, contract for remainder of the 2021-2022 school year
Zachary Rinehart - Transportation bus driver, effective January 11, 2022, pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements, contract for the remainder of the 20212022 school year
Mike Ziegelhofer - Food service volunteer for the 2021 – 2022 school year

10. Coaching Recommendation: Approve Emily Patterson as the Weight/Strength coach (February, March & April).
11. Substitute List: Recommend approval of the revised Lexington substitute list dated December 15, 2021 as presented by MOESC.
12. Title IX Policy: Adopt the enclosed updated Title IX Policy. 2266 Nondiscrimination On The Basis Of Sex In District Programs Or Activities.
