10. Accept donation from Therm-O-Disc/Emerson Charitable Trust in the amount of $1,000 for student academic and cultural activities.
11. Approve a transfer from General Fund 001 to Athletic Fund 300 9600 in the amount of $6,000 to alleviate year end deficit fund balance.

27. SPARC Contract: Recommendation for approval of the enclosed contract with SPARC to provide a career coach for the school district FY'22; District share of $7, 000 which is consistent with past SPARC contracts.
