1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.
2. Communications/Visitors: The President will recognize any visitors to the meeting and present any communications.

3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the March regular meeting Board minutes.
4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for March 2021.
5. Recommend approval of continued enrollment in the Sedgwick/CompManagement Ohio School Workers' Compensation Group Retrospective Rating Program for calendar year 2022; annual fee $3,525 and targeted savings of $17,839.

Katie Guy - Eastern 5th grade, effective at the end of the 2020-2021 school year
Kathy Weidig - Principal, Central Elementary, effective July 31, 2021
Tracy McDaniel - Special Education Coordinator, effective July 31, 2021
9. Employment: Approve Carolee Balliet as Central's 3rd grade spelling bee advisor for the 2020-2021 school year.
Stephanie Blackstone - Tutor for 3rd student, no more than 5 hours per week, $20.00 per hour through end of July 2021
Jane Goodall - Tutor for 3rd student, no more than 5 hours per week, $20.00 per hour through end of July 2021
10. Salary Adjustments: Approve the following salary adjustments:
Sally Giefer - ME + 30 to ME + 40
Kelli Catanese - ME to ME + 10
Kayla Heimann - ME+10- to ME + 20
Jessica Duffey - MA to MA+10
11. Non-Renewals: Recommend non-renewal of the individuals listed in Attachement "A" who were to be long-term substitute and do sub calling for the 2020-2021 school year.

15. Supplemental Non-Renewals: Recommend non-renewal of the coaches listed in Attachment "B" due to lack of evaluations for spring sports
16. Supplemental Non-Renewals: Recommend non-renewal of the coaches listed in Attachment "C" who hold contracts, but are not employees of the district.
17. Coaching Recommendations: Approve Jansen Webster as a volunteer assistant tennis coach.
18. Advisor Resignation: Accept Allison William's resignation as color/winter guard advisor
19. Tuition Student: Accept the following as tuition students for the 2021-2022 school year:
Karl Etzel - Continuing, grade 10
Bronson Brown - Continuing, grade 5
Benson Brown - New, grade 1
20. Substitute List: Recommend approval of the revised Lexington substitute dated 03/17/2021 as presented by MOESC.
21. Resolution: Approve to retain Pepple & Waggoner as legal counsel for calendar year 2021 per the enclosed resolution.
