1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.
2. Communications/Visitors: The President will recognize any visitors to the meeting and present any communications.
Cameron Kindred, Student representative to the Board will present his report.
Financial Items:
3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the minutes of the February regular meeting.
4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for February 2016.
5. Recommend the approval of enrollment in the Ohio SchoolComp Workers' Compensation Group Rating Program for calendar year 2017; annual fee $3,225 and estimated savings of $18,718.
6. Recommend approval of "Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and Authorizing the necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor".

10. Coaching Resignation: Accept the coaching resignation from Mike Hamman, freshman basketball effective 02-22-2016.
11. Coaching Recommendations: Approve the following coaches for the 2016-2017 seasons:

Todd Galownia - Volunteer softball (Spring 2016)
12. Tuition Students: Approve the following new tuition students for the 2016-2017 school year:
Wil Godby - Kindergarten at Western Elementary, tuition waived per negotiated agreement following teaching parent
William Chambers - New, 1st grade at Western, tuition waived per negotiated agreement following teaching parent
Tessa Them - Kindergarten at Western Elementary, tuition waived per negotiated agreement following teaching parent
13. Approve the sale of a District wrestling mat, valued at less than $10,000, and declare that the property is no longer needed for school purposes
14. Front & Center Turf- Recommend the Board approve the enclosed proposal from Front and Center Turf to maintain high school football and soccer fields.
15. Substitute List: Recommend approval of the revised Lexington substitute list dated 03/09/2016 as presented by MOESC.
16.
