4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for December 2014.

5. Treasurer requests approval of the fiscal year 2016 Tax Budget.

7. Employment: Approve the employment of Tina Parr as ESL tutor, retroactive to January 5, 2015

8. Coaching Resignation: Approve the resignation of Emily Doles as Winter Guard advisor for the 2014-2015 school year.

9. Coaching Recommendations- Accept the following coaching recommendations:

Emily Doles - Winter Guard co-advisor (70% of supplemental)

Michelle Rastetter - Winter Guard co-advisor (30% of supplemental)

10. Substitute Lists: Approve the Lexington substitute lists & the complete substitute list dated 01/02/15 as presented by MOESC.

11. School Calendar: Approve the school calendar for 2015-2016 as enclosed
