1. Call to Order: The President will call the meeting to order.

3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the January organizational and regular meeting and January 16th and January 25th special meetings.
4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for January 2012.
5. Board approval of updated appropriations for fiscal year 2012.

15. Substitute List: Approve the Lexington substitute lists & the complete substitute lists dated 1/24/12 and 2/15/12 as presented by MOESC.
16. Student Summer Employment: Request permission to employ four (4) summer maintenance employees and two (2) summer employees for help in the technology department.
