Dr. Berry's sixth-grade math classes had a Glow Games Day! Students moved through six stations to review topics that they have learned this year in math. These stations included decimal bowling and factor races. It was a very illuminating lesson!

Ms. Shaffer’s first-grade students at Central Elementary had fun investigating pumpkins using their math and science skills. They measured their pumpkins using a variety of methods, counted the seeds with groups of ten and more! This lesson was a smash hit!

 The Western Military Students decorated pumpkin cookies to celebrate the season and to get to know each other better! Students spent time talking, eating and having fun! They are looking forward to many more times together!

Congratulations to the Band of Gold for achieving a Superior Rating at OMEA State Marching Band Finals. The band has been to State every year since 1987 and this is the 33rd Superior Rating in the program's history.
