Congratulations to the Lexington students who participated in the Regional Orchestra Concert on Sunday, November 21st at Ashland High School. Lexington had the largest number of students from any high school and represented Lexington very well.

The boys' and girls' cross-country teams continued their dominance as both teams were Regional Champions at the Regional Cross-Country Meet on Saturday, October 30th.

Congratulations to the Lexington Band of Gold for their performance at OMEA State Marching Band Finals on Saturday at Hilliard Bradley. The band received a Superior rating, which is the highest rating you can get, and is Lexington’s 30th Superior since 1987.

Members of the Minutemen in Action Club at Lexington Junior High visited the first-grade classrooms at Central Elementary to share a coloring book they created about recycling! The book incorporated a history of the Minutemen, while also teaching the importance of recycling. Every student received a copy of the coloring book to take home and each classroom received a recycling bin. What a great way to think globally but act locally!
