Val Frazier, Mary Haas, Ashley Roberts to report and present on Youth Art Month and recognize the students who were award winners.

Joel Nirmalnath, Student representative to the Board will present his report.

  3. Minutes: The President will call for additions or corrections to the March regular meeting.

  4. Financial: The Treasurer will present the monthly financial report for March 2015.

    7. Leave of Absence:   Approve a second year leave of absence without pay, per the negotiated agreement for Christy Thomas, 3rd grade at Western for the 2015-2016 school year.

    8. Maternity Leave - Approve a change in Jody Rutschilling's maternity leave request to begin April 20, 2015 through the 2015-2016 school year.          

    9. Employment: Approve the employment of the following:  

Hank Sazdanoff - Long term sub at Central, from April 7 to approximately April 30, 2015, $100.00 per day

Amanda Studer - Long term sub at High School, approximately April 8, 2015 through June 5, 2015, $100.00 per day

Trisha Hughes - Long term sub at Western, from April 7 through the end of the 2014-2015 school year, $100.00 per day

Wesley Doran - Tutor for high school student, 10 hours per week, through end of 2014-2015, school year, $20.00 per hours, effective April 9, 2015, pending successful completion of per-employment requirements.

    10.  Salary Adjustment:  Approve the salary adjustment for:

Eric Turlo - ME +30 to ME +40

Bobbi Weaver - MA +10 to MA +20

    11. Supplemental Non-Renewals:  Recommend non-renewal of the individuals listed in Attachment "A: due to lack of evaluations for spring sports

    12. Supplemental Non-Renewals: Recommend non-renewal of the individuals listed in Attachment "B" who hold supplemental contracts, but are not employees of the District.

    13.  Employment: Approve the employment of the following pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements;

Harold Smith - 2nd shift custodian at Western, effective April 16, 2015, contract through the rest of the 2014-15 school year, one year contract for the 2015-2016

     14.  Tuition Students:  Approve the following tuition students for the 2015-2016 school year:

Sylvia Goldsmith - New, Grade 9

Ethan Donahue - New, Kindergarten, Western Elementary, tuition waived per the Board policy following a teaching parent

Elizabeth Rietschlin - New, 2nd grade, Western Elementary, tuition waived per the Board policy following a teaching parent

     15.  Coaching Resignation:  Accept the coaching resignation of Mike Kathrein, Varsity girls' basketball.

     16.  Summer Employment:  Approve the employment of Elizabeth Volz, Kelly Rhodes, Brian Long, Tytray Gilmore, Nathanel Roy, and Shane Stanley as summer employees to assist the Maintenance Department with the care and upkeep of our buildings and grounds and Brayson Ramirez, Nick Chirico and Dustin Lumadue to work with the Technology Department. 

     17. Athletic Department Summer Employment:  Approve the employment of Ellie Guth as summer help assisting the Athletic Department.             

     18. Substitute Pay Schedule:  Approve the substitute pay schedule as follows:

Substitute Teacher - $75.00 per day

Substitute Aide - $10.50 per hour

Substitute Bus Driver - $14.50 per hour

Substitute Custodian - $13.00 per hour

Substitute Maintenance - $14.50 per hour

Substitute Mechanic - $14.50 per hour

Substitute Cafeteria worker - Minimum Wage

Power Reading Teacher - $23.00/hour

Homebound/Intervention Tutor - $20.00/hour

Bus Washer - $9.00/hour

        19. Substitute List:  Approve the revised Lexington substitute list dated 03/25/15 as presented by MOESC.
